At Meridian Partners, we sit by your side — literally — and help untangle what's stuck. We have 12 years of experience, 143 startups guided, and what we've learned is that most founders really just need a straight talk, no filter. That's why we're here.

Nossa História
It started in 2011 when two frustrated consultants realized that startups didn't need 200-page plans. They needed people to talk to. Meridian Partners was born from coffee cup to coffee cup in informal meetings. We grew organically, without pressured investors. Today, we work with founders from 8 countries, but we keep that spirit: transparency and pragmatism. Funchal is our base, but our startups are in Lisbon, Barcelona, Berlin.
